January - SNOW, Ben's last Stars basketball game, Pinewood Derby, Hunger Games at the cabin, RCC basketball.

February - District Spelling Bee for Ben, paintball for Jackson and more SNOW

March - Disney trip!, ACC basketball tournament, Jackson's trip to Miami, Quiz Bowl, even more snow, MAMS Track, baby chicks

April -Soccer, Track, Chicks, the great Coop Project, Easter, Megan's birthday party, Jackson's confirmation.

May - finished the coop, Jackson and Ben celebrated birthdays, we celebrated Monica's 40th in Blacksburg, Ben's soccer team won 1st place regular season and tournament trophies, Hunger Games II at the cabin.

June - Jackson graduated from Middle School, Deep Creek camping trip, Father's Day in Kibler, Amos Lee in Durham, basketball camp, said goodbye to our friends the Stancils, Bulldog 5K.

July - Jackson's braces came off, celebrated the 4th at the Eads' house, soccer camp, Myrtle Beach, Kibler Valley River Run/Birthday, Montreat, camping at the Ocoee.

August - our first eggs, Bronx's birthday party, Downtown Rocks and Runs 5K, Papa's Birthday, a visit in Colonial Heights and day trip to VA Beach, a trip to Atlantic Beach, school starts, Cross Country season starts.

September - Cross Country, a hike to Devil's Den, soccer, a camping trip at Raven's Knob and sadly, my grandmother, Hava Heath, passed away.

October - Kayaking at Russell Fork, lots of soccer and cross country, camping at Raven's Knob and Halloween.

November - A trip to the Christmas tree farm, Thanksgiving at Alan and Charla's house, indoor soccer, a trip to VT, Nicole playing soccer in Raleigh, disc golf at Mountain Lake, and another trip to Blacksburg, harvesting potatoes, disc golf in Apex.

December - a trip to Wilson Creek, rec basketball started, Ben was in the school spelling bee, we celebrated the end of Joe's chemo, a Beacon progressive dinner and Christmas.
