January - Basketball.  That's it.  Just lots and lots and lots of basketball.

February - A dance, a little snow and lots more basketball.

March - AAU Basketball, a survival camping trip and the NCAA tournament.

April - Easter, the start of baseball, a field trip to the zoo, a weekend at Camp Raven Knob

May - Jackson and Ben's birthdays, lots and lots of baseball, a trip to Richmond for Wesley's graduation from VCU, lots of fun in the neighborhood and Ben's trip to Boston.

June - a hike at Stone Mountain, a trip to Emerald Isle, Father's Day at Foster Falls, a camping trip at Deep Creek in Bryson City and Hama's 93rd birthday.

July - a day in Kibler with the Bevards, Independence Day in Kibler Valley with the Heaths, Clarks and Beasleys,

August - a trip to Atlantic Beach, the first day of school, the 2nd running of the Neighborhood Olympics, fall baseball practice started and Zorro suffered from an issue with his neck and joints.

September - lots of baseball with the RCC Braves, Napolean the hamster joined the family, a neighborhood reunion in Petersburg, Dinner Club in Kibler Valley, a trip with the Beacons to Kibler Valley

October - Parent/Son Camporee at Raven Knob, 5K On The Greenway, more Braves baseball, a hike at Devil's Den Nature Preserve in Fancy Gap, a trip to the corn maze at Doe Run Farm with the Beacons of FPCMA and Halloween.

November - Ben volunteered with Student Council to kick off a food drive, we went hiking with the Cub Scouts, put in hardwood floors, picked out our Christmas tree, rode in the parade and celebrated Thanksgiving in Colonial Heights.

December - Basketball season started for both boys, Jackson is again playing with the Prowl and I am coaching his rec team, Ben is playing with the Stars, they won their first trophy, Jackson placed in the Rosy Cheeks 5K, Ben was in the school spelling bee and our church Christmas pageant, and we celebrated Christmas.
